This Fifth Avenue apartment gut renovation is the third project we’ve done for this private client. In addition to reconfiguring the entire lay out, we obtained approval from the Landmarks Preservation Commission to change the windows of the Fifth Avenue façade, located within the Upper East Side Historic District.
